With MFS-Tec, a product of Hans Schmid KG, we offer you a decorative lacquered melamine film to produce UV-resistant products for outdoor use.

A special coating protects the decorative printed substrate from UV radiation and weathering. This means that Schattdecor's wood, stone, or fantasy designs can now also be used in outdoor applications, offering customers an interesting and innovative option. With MFS-Tec the following indoor and outdoor applications can be combined with decorative surfaces: Weather and UV radiation-resistant wall coverings, windowsills, garden and outdoor furniture, and playground equipment.

In addition, decors with this innovative coating technology are also ideal for use in the medical and public sectors, as they are particularly scratch-resistant and resistant to chemical influences and moisture.

Further processing is carried out using classic short-cycle, multi-daylight, and double belt presses. The gloss level and haptic properties can be tailored to the respective requirements by selecting the relevant press plates.
