Decorative impregnated products
As part of our Decolay product line, we develop printed and unprinted decorative impregnated products that meet the highest demands thanks to their premium product properties. Our customers further process these within the individual surface design of their various applications. For the decorative design of your impregnated products, you can choose from solid colors, wood, and stone decors as well as creative fantasy decors.

The classic
Our standard Decolay Classic impregnated products are printed decors, printed solid colors, or pigmented decor papers impregnated with melamine resin or a melamine resin mixture. Decolay Classic is used for coating wood-based materials such as LPL, HPL, DPL, or CPL and is used in furniture, counter tops, and flooring as well as in interior design.

Product structure
The recoatable surface
Our recoatable impregnated product Decolay Recoat is particularly innovative and cost-efficient. It can be further processed into super matte or high-gloss surfaces without sanding or primer, saving you a time-consuming step in the lacquered production process.
Decolay Recoat is used in furniture and interior design as LPL, HPL, and CPL bonding. It is also suitable for kitchen cabinets, laminates, and other substrates.

Product structure
Deep structures (special formulation Decolay Classic)
Deep textures and special matte-gloss effects are more in demand than ever. They provide a special haptic, visual, and dynamic decor structure. The challenges often increase with the depth of the structures. Errors can occur in the decor pattern during pressing.
Our special formulation in combination with our Decolay Classic ensures outstanding matte-gloss effects and an optimum separating effect between the melamine film and the pressed sheet. This allows us to integrate our product ideally into your production process and meet both the demand for particularly deep decor structures and the requirement for the highest quality in terms of look and feel.
The result: maximum depth structures with exceptional pore realism, even with synchronous pressing, complicated special plates, challenging structures, and in the processing of decor and plain surfaces in the matte-gloss range.

For more safety in everyday life - our impregnated products with extra hygiene protection
Together with selected additive suppliers, we can offer our impregnated products (Decolay Classic and Teclay Overlay) in an antibacterial or antimicrobial version and thus provide your products with additional hygiene protection.
We can produce our decorative impregnated products with variable film weights and a production width of up to 2,800 mm. The products are available to our customers as sheets or rolls.
