With Smartfoil, we offer an extensive range of premium quality combinations of paper, resin, and coating systems. Choose from variable paper grammages, a choice of different surface resistances, gloss levels ranging from super matte to high gloss as well as decorative synchronous or all-over structures create a wide variety of product options. As a result, you benefit from a large selection of a variety of tactile and visual surface effects.
We collaborate closely with you to develop a tailor-made product solution that meets your specific requirements or application needs.
The foundation of our Smartfoil is a pre-impregnated paper. This paper is pre-impregnated by the supplier and then printed and lacquered, or solely lacquered, by Schattdecor.
Our advanced lacquering processes, including acid-curing (AC lacquer) and electron beam-curing (EB lacquer), are formaldehyde-free and ensure high-quality surfaces that have a natural look and feel. These surfaces are UV-resistant and particularly easy to clean.
Smartfoil's excellent processing properties make it versatile and easy to work with. It is ideal for furniture surfaces in living and working spaces, in the production of doors and interior fittings, as well as for coating profiles, frames, wall panels, and for use in the caravan/RV industry.

Our Classic finish foils offer a versatile range of applications for a wide variety of surfaces. Whether for furniture, panels, or profiles, they are universally applicable and available in gloss levels from super matte to high gloss. Various resistances are possible thanks to a range of lacquer qualities.
Smartfoil 3D - TANGIBLE AUTHENTICITY
Our finish foil with a 3D effect is strikingly realistic. It not only looks remarkably like "real" surfaces but also feels just as genuine.
Smartfoil Mat+ - TOUCHING IS ALLOWED!
The trending, extra-matte surface of Smartfoil Mat+ is our solution for a design-oriented home where you can live worry free and relaxed. Its special feature is the anti-fingerprint effect, inviting you to touch without concern for smudges and fingerprints.
